For Weekend and  Evenings a minimum hire period of 3 hours is required.


 Hire Information


A refundable security bond of £150 per booking is required to cover damage/additional cleaning/ or nuisance.

Halls are to be left as found, so please include set-up and clean-up time within your booking period.

If you are planning to sell alcohol it is your responsibility to apply for a Temporary Events Notice from Bromsgrove District Council. Our Bar can be hired at £30 per event.

Parish residents receive a 10% discount on private hire rates.

Discounts can be provided to regular users depending on frequency and hire periods. 

Payments


One off events - 50% non refundable booking fee to be made upon confirmation of approved booking.  Final payment and refundable Security Bond due 3 weeks before event.

Regular Hires - once approved will be invoiced monthly.
